Soma
The body is not a problem to be solved.
It is the first instrument of perception — the place where meaning arrives before language does. These practices are ways of returning to it.
For thirty years the barre was my primary instrument of perception. Long before I had language for what I was learning, the body was already organizing it — through sensation, rhythm, effort, and return.
These practices are not about the body as object. They are about the body as the first place where meaning lives.
Whether you are moving, resting, or stretching — you are returning to the same ground. The Soma practice offers three pathways into it.

Recorded courses and live workshops on movement, somatic practice, and the literacies — coming soon.
The Soma practice is the embodied expression of the same inquiry that lives in the theoretical work. The body is not separate from the framework — it is where the framework began.
