One-on-one work with the patterns, stories, symbols, and sensations already moving through your life.
Sometimes we know that something in our life is asking for our attention long before we know how to name it.
It might appear as a repeating relationship pattern. A bodily feeling. A dream. A period of transition. An image you cannot stop thinking about. A story you keep telling about yourself. A question that will not leave you alone.
My work begins there.
Rather than beginning with a fixed method or explanation, we follow what is actually present. We may work through conversation, story, mythology, symbolism, astrology, movement, somatic awareness, energy work, or reflective practices. The method depends on the person and the question.
I do not use these systems to tell you who you are.
I use them as ways of looking.
The aim is not to replace your own perception with mine. It is to help you notice the pattern more clearly, feel where it lives in your experience, and recover your ability to respond to it.
The Work Often Moves Through Three Layers
Story
What story are you living inside?
What have you learned to believe about yourself, other people, love, safety, success, belonging, or possibility?
Symbol
What patterns, images, archetypes, dreams, coincidences, metaphors, or recurring themes are organizing your attention?
Symbol gives us a way to approach experiences that ordinary language cannot always hold.
Body
What happens when the story stops being an explanation and becomes sensation?
The body often registers conflict, desire, fear, recognition, and meaning before the conscious mind has language for them. Embodiment allows insight to become something more than an idea.
This is not about finding the correct interpretation.
It is about increasing your capacity to participate in your own life.
A useful interpretation should create more contact with reality, not less. It should make room for contradiction. It should leave you more able to notice, choose, respond, and change.

You do not need to arrive with a clear question. Sometimes finding the question is the work.
What I Can Promise
I cannot promise transformation. No one honestly can. Transformation isn't something another person gives you. It is something that emerges through your own participation.
What I can promise is presence.
I can promise to meet you with curiosity instead of judgment. I can promise not to reduce you to a diagnosis, a personality type, a birth chart, a wound, or a goal. I can promise to pay attention.
I won't ask you to believe me. I'll invite you to observe your own experience. If something changes, it will not be because I changed you. It will be because, together, we created the conditions in which change became possible.
I don't promise transformation.
I promise the conditions in which transformation becomes possible.
