The Orientation
One offering, one door. Ninety minutes, by video or in person, where we talk about what’s bringing you here and decide together whether there’s a useful way to continue.
Everything I do — the somatic work, the symbolic inquiry, the movement practice, the developmental reflection — is part of one body of work. There’s no menu of services to choose from, and nothing here requires you to know in advance what kind of help you need.
We begin with an Orientation. You bring what’s actually present — a question, a pattern, a transition, a tightness, a sense that something is asking for attention before you have language for it. I bring everything I know how to do. Together we find out what this is, and whether I’m the right person to accompany it.
If continuing makes sense, we continue. If what you need lives elsewhere, I’ll say so, and help you find the door.
The Practical Shape
A limited number of reduced-cost and no-cost sessions are always held open. Pay what is true for your circumstances — no documentation, no explanation needed.
What the Work Can Draw On
Sessions are shaped around you, not around a modality. Depending on what’s present, we might work through any of these — the price never changes with the instrument.
