Work With Me

Most of what shapes your life isn’t what you believe. It’s what you’ve rehearsed into weight.

Inner gravity is a metaphor for understanding how meaning accumulates mass — how inherited patterns become the gravity you live inside without knowing it — and how to consciously build a self that’s stable enough to hold you and flexible enough to evolve.

What I Offer — Becca Sutter

People come here for different reasons.

Some are carrying something they can't name — a pattern that keeps repeating, a life that looks right from the outside and feels wrong from the inside. Some are building something: a school, a practice, a self. Some just know they've been managing, and they're tired of it.

What I do is meet you where the ache is — through the body, through symbol, through the kind of attention that makes things legible again.

For when you're between frameworks — and done pretending the old ones fit

The Verb Sessions

Something consistent keeps appearing beneath different vocabularies, different lineages, different names. That meaning is not a belief to hold. That it happens through participation. That your body often knows before your mind catches up.

These sessions are a space to meet that directly. Not to be given a new framework. Not to be fixed or stabilized. But to be accompanied while sensation, attention, and knowing begin to register one another again — and while your inner gravity finds its new center.
For when you're productive, articulate, competent — and quietly losing agency

Embodied Identity Sessions

We don't fail loudly. We comply smoothly. We stay functional and legible and fine, while the part of us that actually knows things goes dim.

These sessions use the body as a map — not a problem to fix. The work is learning to feel what you're doing while you're doing it. To return to yourself. To retain the capacity to choose.
For when you want to see the shape of what's organizing your life

Pattern Reading: Tarot for Symbolic Literacy

The psyche thinks in images. Tarot gives the inner life a form to organize around — so what's moving beneath the surface becomes legible. We work with the pattern underneath your current question. Not a prediction. A map.
For when you want the longer view

Symbolic Identity Readings

Your life is made of threads — patterns, tensions, tendencies you've carried so long they feel like fate. They're not fate. They're just unseen.

Astrology, tarot, and numerology aren't predictions — they're languages for pattern. A symbolic reading shows you the shape of what's already organizing your experience. Where the weight is. What keeps surfacing. Why certain cycles repeat. This isn't about telling you who you are. It's about showing you what you've been orbiting — so you can decide if you want to stay there.
For when the body just needs to rest from the work of managing itself

Reiki Sessions

Quiet, restorative practice. No belief, no processing, no performance required. You don't have to do anything here.
For when you want to come back into your body and pay attention

Soma Flow Sessions

A strong, precise, deeply embodied movement practice — drawing from Pilates core work, yoga's mindful grounding, and the foundations of ballet. The focus is on alignment, control, breath, strength, and inner awareness. We work slowly enough to feel, strongly enough to change.

This is not a zone-out-and-coast class. It is a come-back-into-your-body-and-pay-attention class. You may not love every second. But if you stay with yourself, breathe, and listen, you will likely leave feeling clearer, stronger, more grounded, and more alive than when you walked in.

Available Tuesdays in person in Granby, MA or virtually via Zoom.
For schools, educators & families

Children learn what they live in their bodies before they learn it anywhere else. Timing, attention, the capacity to stay present under pressure, the ability to feel the difference between following and choosing — these are not soft skills. They are the foundation everything else is built on.

Ballet & movement classes
For children and teens — using the body as a laboratory for attention, timing, discipline, and creative agency. Movement as a way of learning how to be inside your own experience.
Somatic and developmental workshops
For students exploring how the body holds stress, processes change, and returns to regulation — taught through embodied inquiry, not instruction.
Farm and forest school curriculum
Grounded in developmental timing and nervous system awareness — how children learn when they're allowed to move, touch, slow down, and stay.
Educator and parent consulting
On attention, embodied learning, and how to support children who feel everything deeply — or who have learned to feel nothing at all.
Children need adults who are present. Institutions need structures that protect what cannot protect itself — the child's developing capacity for sensation, attention, and choice. This work focuses on building those structures. Not through sentiment. Through design.

Inquiries from schools, organizations, and creative partners welcome.

Not sure where to start?

Most people aren't. Send me a message and tell me what's alive right now — what you're sitting with, what you're building, what you're trying to understand. I'll tell you honestly what might help.
