I use the chakra system as a somatic mapping tool — no belief required. Think of it as a spatial language for locating where attention and effort are operating in your body.

The map is practical. Lower centers correspond to grounding and initiation. Middle centers to breath, timing, and coordination. Upper centers to articulation and orientation. The goal isn't to open or close anything — it's to redistribute attention so presence can return.

We live in systems optimized for speed, visibility, and output. When performance becomes constant, attention migrates out of the body and into metrics, expectations, and outcomes. We stay productive, articulate, and competent — while quietly losing agency.

We begin where gravity gathers — in sensation.

Using the chakra system as a somatic cartography tool, we locate where attention and effort are actually operating in your body — not where you think they should be. Where effort pools. Where breath restricts. Where force has disconnected from grounding. Where something has been waiting, quietly, for permission to move.

From there, we work with breath, micro-movement, and stillpoint practices to help the nervous system recalibrate. Not to perform regulation. To actually return to it.

Drawing from Schema as Gravity, Grace and Gravity, and somatic awareness practices, we explore how your attention, emotion, and story create the gravitational patterns that shape your life. Where you've learned to override sensation. Where compliance has become automatic. Where you've been abandoning yourself so smoothly you stopped noticing.

Symbolic tools — archetypal framing, astrological timing when relevant — serve as mirrors, offering language for patterns the body already knows.
