What This Is
Your body is a field of gravity—an ecosystem of signals, sensations, and stories. Ache is the language of that field: the body’s way of saying something wants to move. In these sessions, we approach ache not as pathology, but as physics and prayer—evidence of your system’s longing to return to coherence.

Drawing from Schema as Gravity (neuroscience of regulation), Grace and Gravity (embodied movement), and God as Verb (creative becoming), we explore how your attention, emotion, and story create the gravitational patterns that shape your life. Astrology and archetypes serve as symbolic maps—mirrors of nervous-system rhythm that help translate your inner patterns into language the body can understand.

How We Work
We begin where gravity gathers—in sensation.
You’ll learn to track where ache lives, how it orbits through the body, and what happens when you breathe with it rather than resist its pull.
Micro-movements, breathwork, and stillpoint practices help the nervous system recalibrate its rhythm.
Astrological insight and archetypal framing illuminate the mythic layer—how your patterns of regulation, attachment, and creativity express themselves through cosmic timing and symbolic form.

Movement here is not performance but remembering: the body relearning its choreography of balance.
