1:1 sessions that help you recognize ache as embodied intelligence and learn to follow its guidance through the wisdom of your nervous system.

What This Is: Your body already knows what your mind is still figuring out. Ache shows up as restlessness, tension, a pull toward something you can't quite name. In these sessions, we slow down enough to listen to what your body is actually telling you. Through breath, micro-movements, and nervous system awareness, you learn to feel ache not as problem but as compass.

How We Work: We begin by tracking sensation—where does the ache live in your body? How does it move? What happens when you breathe with it instead of against it? We use simple movement and breath practices to help your nervous system reset and attune. No dance experience required; this is about presence, not performance.
