A proposition

What if meaning has mass?

You know that restless feeling that something's missing — that things could be different? I call it the ache. It is not pathology. It is gravity becoming creation: the pull through which attention organizes bodies, stories, and cultures.

I study how meaning takes form in bodies, identities, symbols, relationships, and systems — and how becoming more perceptive can help us participate more consciously in the world we are making together.

This is not a finished theory. It is an inquiry in progress. I did not begin with a theory. I began by paying attention.

The Two Theories

Or go straight to the heart of the inquiry — the force that organizes a life, and the person forming within it.

How I Work

Every person arrives with a different story, a different body, and different questions. Sometimes what is needed is conversation. Sometimes movement. Sometimes symbolic exploration. Sometimes nervous-system regulation. Sometimes quiet observation.

I don't begin with a method. I begin with you.

Together we'll discover the approach that best fits where you are now.
