The Gravity of Attention: Consciousness in Groups
A workshop on collective coherence for teams, communities, and families.
Attention is gravity: wherever it gathers, reality bends. In groups, this means that what people attend to—stories, conflicts, visions—becomes the field that holds everyone together. This workshop explores how attention shapes group dynamics and how coherence can either widen possibility or collapse it.
What We’ll Do
Practices for noticing where attention collects and how it affects the group
Tools for distinguishing between resonance (life-giving coherence) and conformity (coercive coherence)
Applications for organizations, families, or activist circles navigating change
Participants Leave With
A clearer sense of how their collective attention organizes outcomes
Practical tools for tuning group coherence toward expansion, not contraction
God as Verb: Rewriting Your Operating Stories
A workshop on narrative patterns and the power of authorship.
Stories are not just entertainment—they’re operating systems. Many of the stories we live by are inherited, repeating loops that organize our choices without our consent. This workshop helps participants recognize the difference between inherited stories and chosen ones, and begin the work of authorship.
What We’ll Do
Identify the narrative loops currently shaping your life and community
Explore where those stories come from—family, culture, history
Use writing, movement, and dialogue to author new myths of meaning
Participants Leave With
A deeper awareness of the “story grammar” shaping their lives
Practical exercises to begin rewriting stories in ways that widen life and coherence
Ache as Compass: Longing as Intelligence
A workshop on recognizing ache as signal rather than problem.
Ache is the restless tension between what is and what could be. Most of us treat it as weakness or pathology, but ache is actually intelligence—a compass pointing toward coherence. This workshop invites participants to listen differently to their own longing and to practice following its guidance.
What We’ll Do
Explore how ache shows up as restlessness, tension, or hunger for more
Somatic practices for feeling ache in the body without rushing to fix it
Dialogue on how personal longing scales into social and creative movements
Participants Leave With
Tools to recognize ache as embodied intelligence
Practices for tuning ache into creativity, connection, and expansion
Chronosomatic Intelligence: The Body as Timekeeper
A workshop on memory, rhythm, and how the body tells time.
The body doesn’t keep time in minutes—it remembers through rhythm, posture, and sensation. This workshop explores how personal history lives in the body, why some moments echo decades later, and how tuning these rhythms can open new pathways for healing and growth.
What We’ll Do
Guided practices to sense how memory and time live in the body
Explore “temporal loops”: when the past feels like it’s still happening now
Movement and breathwork for repatterning embodied time
Participants Leave With
Awareness of their own chronosomatic patterns
Practical methods for resetting the body’s rhythms toward coherence
