Chronosomatic Mapping
1:1 sessions to explore how personal history and memory live in the body, revealing the temporal patterns that shape your life.
What This Is
Time doesn’t only move forward—it folds, echoes, and repeats inside us. The body stores memory not just in thoughts but in rhythm, breath, posture, and sensation. In these sessions, we trace how past experiences live in your present body, and how tuning those temporal patterns can open new possibilities.
How We Work
We begin with simple awareness practices, noticing where memory surfaces as tension, rhythm, or repetition. Together, we map the “time signatures” of your body—how grief, joy, or longing still shape your present. Through movement, breath, and guided reflection, you learn to reset the patterns that no longer serve you and to align with rhythms that support coherence.
What You’ll Learn
How the body encodes memory as sensation and rhythm
Ways to identify when you’re living in a past “loop” vs. the present moment
Practices to repattern embodied time and integrate past experiences
How to access memory not just through story, but through movement and sensation

This work is for anyone who feels caught in old patterns, haunted by memories, or curious about how the body tells time. If you’ve ever felt like the past is “still happening,” these sessions help you learn how to reset the rhythm.
